Over this time, we’ve achieved significant milestones, processing a staggering $2.9 billion in loans. We’ve expanded our service offerings with initiatives like the Forever Client Program, Dream Home Bridge Loan, and Express Line of Credit. Our customer base has grown significantly, and we’ve assisted countless individuals and families in achieving their financial goals.
Our commitment to excellence and adaptability has earned us the 10th spot among the top brokers nationwide at United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), with the esteemed title of #1 broker in North Carolina. Notably, 11 of our Loan Officers were recognized as Top Originators for 2023 by Scotsman Guide, including 4 who earned a place as 2023 Top Emerging Stars. Their achievements span multiple categories, including Top Mortgage Brokers, Top Dollar Volume, and Most Loans Closed.
It’s not just our phenomenal sales team but also our world-class operations team – comprising of dedicated account managers, production coordinators, customer acquisition specialists, and compliance experts – that work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our success. In a challenging industry, we’ve not only survived but thrived, maintaining job security and stability for our team.
In addition to all this, we launched our first podcast, ‘Through the Lends,‘ and introduced our Brand Owner Program. We expanded our licensing to cover 24 states, including 4 new ones this year. Our 4th Annual Buddy Classic raised a commendable $10,000 to support a nonprofit dedicated to ending the isolation faced by individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
