Today's unique digital, online processes have greatly improved the experience, while still requiring Zach and Olivia's creative approachs to circumventing the usual glitches found in qualifying for and underwriting high end properties.The end result, a quick turn, with great support from Zach, Olivia and their back office. The old ways of localized mortgage lending are over, replaced with new skill sets and approaches. Yet one thing that will never change is the need for trust through personal contact.
