Charlotte Business Journal believes that “strong market fundamentals and a commitment to radio advertising have helped Loan Pronto Inc. ride a wave of home lending to rapid growth.”
“Our secret sauce is we are a marketing company that is really great at mortgages,” said Roger Moore, Founder and President of Loan Pronto. “With advertising, we try to have fun with it and be cheeky and whimsical and make it as fun as we possibly can.”
Moore says he is proud of Loan Pronto’s volume and the number of closings his Loan Officers do in a month, which is five to seven times the typical mortgage officer.
What is the Fast 50 Awards program?
Each year, the Charlotte Business Journal (CBJ) recognizes the fastest-growing private companies in the Charlotte region. The ranking is based on a formula that reflects dollar and percentage growth in revenue over a three-year period.
CBJ works with CliftonLarsenAllen to evaluate the financial records of each nominee and select the winners. The rankings were revealed in a CBJ special report, published on Friday, December 3rd.
