In 2020 we began efforts to refinance just as the economy was in freefall. After working with three or four other lenders we decided our best prospect was to focus on Zack and Loan Pronto. Facing a deteriorating financial situation, Zack's approach was to try everything possible to successfully... close. Unfortunately the timing was not right, neccesatating a pause for both parties. Not detered, he stayed in contact sending property updates through late 2024 .At that point the industry was recovering and rapidly expanding in Southern California. All it took was a call to Zack and his colleague Olivia for us to continue, not just where we left off, but with new opportunities not previously available. Today's unique digital, online processes have greatly improved the experience, while still requiring Zach and Olivia's creative approachs to circumventing the usual glitches found in qualifying for and underwriting high end properties.The end result, a quick turn, with great support from Zach, Olivia and their back office. The old ways of localized mortgage lending are over, replaced with new skill sets and approaches. Yet one thing that will never change is the need for trust through personal contact.
